Rates

Security Deposit: A $1,000 deposit, along with a signed agreement are required to secure an outing date. Deposits may be in the form of check or credit card - MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Our Great Outing Values: The following prices are for groups requesting 18-hole outings. All groups are required to use golf carts. Please telephone the golf shop if you would like more information regarding the number of players needed to qualify as a group.

Monday - Thursday Only:

• Golf Course Fee: $5,000, Monday or Tuesday only. This is a fixed fee to reserve the golf course for the entire day, regardless of the number of participants.
• Food and Beverage: Additional Charges based on your needs.
• Merchandise: No minimum. This can include tee prizes, gift certificates, and any items ordered through our golf shop.

If your group has any interests in using the Spring Creek Facility for part of or an entire day, please call for additional information and for availability.

Food and Beverage facilities include our golf club tavern and the Spring Creek Sports Club. We also have the ability and convenient location to utilize large pavilion tents to help cater to large groups.  We have a full-service catering kitchen on site, and we can provide you with sample menus that demonstrate what we have provided for groups in the past.  Options include breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, plated meals, cocktail parties, boxed lunches, etc.

Policies

Some policies you should know about:

Payment policy - An invoice will be presented and payment for services rendered is due by a time frame not to exceed one week following the completion of the event. The deposit amount will be deducted at that time. One payment only can be accepted - the invoice cannot be divided for multiple payments.

Cancellation policy - An outing deposit will be returned in full if Spring Creek is notified, in writing, of intention of cancellation within 14 days prior to the the scheduled event date. After that date, the deposit will be returned in full only if Spring Creek is able to secure an outing with an equal or greater number of participants.

Weather policy - “Rain dates” are not possible due to scheduling conflicts at Spring Creek. If poor weather exists prior to or during play, the Spring Creek professional staff will determine if play will be canceled or delayed. All food and beverage agreements must remain in effect, with serving times adjusted as needed, if possible.

Spring Creek Golf Club policies - All participants are expected to abide by club rules and accepted golf course etiquette. The client is responsible to communicate these policies thoroughly to participants. The Spring Creek staff will quickly address any behavioral problems and has full authority, if necessary, to suspend the privileges of the use of the facility to offenders.
